Women - Genesis 1: 27
"God created man in His own image...male and female He created them."  God created all women to be His image bearers and they are valuable in His eyes.

Equipping women - Titus 2:12-13
Teaching women from our body and in our community to live by the Word, so that we may say, "No" to ungodliness, live self-controlled, upright and godly lives, while we wait for the blessed hope of Christ's return.

The encouragement and love of women - 1 Thessalonians 5:11, Hebrews 3:13, Mark 12:31
As believers we are to encourage one another in our faith walk with Christ and love each other as He has loved us.

Community - Ephesians 4:2-3
Paul instructs us "to be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.  Making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."  We will exemplify and equip women to live in unity and love with peace and humility.

Outreach - Matthew 28:19-20
Christ instructs us to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations and teach them everything He has commanded us.  We are committed to doing this through the ministry and equipping women to do this in their communities and the world.
