As a church, we want to do everything we can to make full participation in the life of the church community possible.  We recognize that one limitation for parents participating in Small Groups, classes, and other church events can be child care.  To help with this challenge, Grace  has created a system to offset the cost of childcare by reimburseing parents for all or most childcare costs related to church events.  We encourage parents to take advantage of this program.

Childcare expenses are processed in the following way:

1. We reimburse parents at a set rate for the cost of an individual babysitter. (See chart below.)

2. One Childcare Reimbursement Form is to be filled out by each couple/parent per event attended.  If childcare was provided at the event (for example, a Small Group) then only the couple/parent who needs to be reimbursed needs to process this form.

3. You may also print the childcare reimbursement form and submit it manually.

4.   Once the reimbursement is approved by the ministry leader, a check will be issed and mailed to each couple/parent within 2-4 weeks.
