First Serve These are opportunities to try out a particular ministry. There is little or no training involved; the commitment is usually for a few hours once or twice.
Consistent Serve These are opportunities where training or a skill set developed in the workplace may be required; the number of hours involved is greater and commitment is for an extended period of time.
